Shipping & Delivery
Please allow us 3-5 business days to receive your order, package it, and transport it to the post office. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. Shipping times for all orders are 3-4 business days within the US, for all orders out of the US shipping times are 5-10 business days.
J's Fashion is not resposible for lost packages due to customer error so PLEASE be sure to verify and double check your mailing address before you submit it. If your package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again!
Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported to your local USPS office directly. USPS (1-800-275-8777)
Pre-order Policy
When you purchase a pre-order, you are agreeing that you are buying an out of stock product. We will collect full payment including shipping fees at checkout. No items in a pre-order can be changed once the order has been placed.
Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. There are no returns or exchanges due to sanitary purposes.
Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please inspect your order upon receiving if your item/items are damaged, please email proof of damaged item/items along with receipt and we will issue you an store credit. Thank you!
